Russell Barker
Mr. Barker has been an independent consultant in the digital video industry since March 2008, with responsibilities including digital video processing platform design as well as software and streaming technology development for digital video; he also consulted on the design of digital media hardware and software, and on the viability of various media business concepts, from November 1995 to February 2003 for clients including Sony Pictures, Yamaha Systems Technologies and Logitech. Mr. Barker was the Vice President of Global Media Production & Content Management at Sony BMG, Sony Music, and Sony GDB, from May 2008 to March 2010. Mr. Barker managed Sony’s video & music production mastering production staff and managed media production facilities in New York, London and Hong Kong. Mr. Barker was the Vice President of Video Technology for WorldNow, a provider of internet services and customer support programs, from November 2007 to May 2008. Mr. Barker was Head of Narrowcast Operations & Media Engineering at AOL Time Warner from March 2003 to November 2007. Mr. Barker was also COO/Head of Operations for Post Magic, a media production company, from June 1999 to February 2003. Mr. Barker was the Vice President of Engineering and CTO of Galileo Designs, an information technology and services company, from February 1996 to March 1999.

Mr. Barker was the Vice President of Video Technology for WorldNow, a provider of internet services and customer support programs, from November 2007 to May 2008. Mr. Barker was Head of Narrowcast Operations & Media Engineering at AOL Time Warner from March 2003 to November 2007. Mr. Barker was also COO/Head of Operations for Post Magic, a media production company, from June 1999 to February 2003. Mr. Barker was the Vice President of Engineering and CTO of Galileo Designs, an information technology and services company, from February 1996 to March 1999.

Michael Barker
I worked as a commercial lender for Wells Fargo Bank for the last 16 years before retiring in 2024. My 45 year banking career included Comerica Bank and Bank of New York, among others. In addition to commercial lending, I worked in corporate lending, syndicated lending, asset-based lending, real estate lending, and troubled asset resolution. I actively participated in quarterly loan review meetings and loan approvals. I worked briefly as the CFO for a tech startup called Galileo Designs, and participated in meetings with Angel investors.

Dana Klein Kavy
Dana Klein Kavy has built a remarkable career filled with diverse accomplishments. With a degree in Russian Studies from Moscow University, Dana utilized her expertise to assist companies in navigating the Russian market, facilitating negotiations, and supporting the expansion of oil industry pipelines across Russia. Later, she transitioned to finance, becoming a Certified Financial Planner and establishing a successful financial planning practice in the mid-eighties and nineties. Her work ranged from helping small companies with financial planning to assisting individuals with investments, college planning, and wealth transfer. Dana was also involved in doing compliance for tech funding through the Northern California Association of Broker Dealers. She held both a Series 7 and Insurance licenses. Dana's philanthropic efforts are equally noteworthy; she played a pivotal role in establishing the Clara Mateo Homeless Shelter in Menlo Park, served as its treasurer, and actively engaged in charitable work supporting homeless initiatives. Today, she continues her philanthropy with Canine Companions, providing trained service dogs to individuals with needs at no cost.

Sol Kavy
With over forty years of experience as a senior technical lead and product architect, Sol Kavy has made significant contributions across various industries, including enterprise solutions, embedded systems, consumer electronics, and network devices. Notable achievements include leading the development of Qualcomm's Network Offload, managing global teams in the US, China, and India, and implementing advanced networking technologies for routers and access points. At Ubicom, Sol spearheaded strategic initiatives that resulted in the delivery of over 10 million reliable, feature-rich products worldwide. As the co-founder and CTO of iMonitoring.com, Sol launched an innovative internet video surveillance service. Throughout Sol's career, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach to solving complex challenges. Today, Sol is dedicated to helping startups achieve technical success and, in retirement, works with Canine Companions to bring service animals to those in need.
